The Executive Mentoring Program
Commencing in the fall of 2003, all CBA freshmen are put into groups with area business leaders who serve as mentors. Mentors serve as an adult contact outside of the university to help students through the college transition and give students valuable real world advice. The program aims to teach students basic skills such as accountability, communication, and business etiquette.
